spaces open and closed
filled with color and emptiness
wrestling with the friction
centering on the steadiness
taking paths that come full circle again and again
the rhythm - it rises and falls
crosses and hatches
leans and looses
remind my spirit and mind to keep
taking in and breathing out
the inhale is preeminent
the exhale is pertinent
watch as it rises
and twirls
and dances
in the atmosphere
there is always beauty
i see it there
